Submit a Privacy Request

You do not need an account to submit a privacy request. We only ask for the information reasonably necessary to identify your records, verify the request, and process it. To protect your privacy, we verify that you control the email address or phone number you submit before processing. Please do not include Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive information.

We send a confirmation link here to verify your request. Required unless you provide a phone number.

No email? We can verify you by a text message code, but we cannot send you the outcome by text. You will need to check your status page with your reference number.

What you provide determines what we can do. We locate your records using the identifiers you give us, and we can only act on records connected to them; if you leave out an email address or phone number you use, records tied to it may not be found and may not be deleted or opted out. We also verify every request through the contact information you provide: if we cannot confirm you control it, we cannot process your request. Provide at least one email address or phone number you can access, and add any others you use below for the best coverage.
